I am beyond HAPPY with the customer service from Utopia Artistry. Tiffany is the best! I put an order for 10 hoops with different sizes and most places would of filled that order with no questions asked. I received an e-mail from Tiffany asking me important questions about that order. Well, thank goodness because the order had to be changed to fit my current needs. It can be confusing with different types of hoops, sizes and material to make a hoop.
